Construction of Portable Buildings

The word portable building describes the construction process – a building produced off-site in controlled conditions, transported to site in modules, and installed on footings.

Combining traditional building techniques, quality manufacturing and third-party agencies who offer random inspections, testing, and certification services for quality control, relocatable buildings are built in strict accordance with appropriate local, state, and national regulations and codes.

Our buildings are manufactured with steel or wood frames, which can be more durable than conventionally constructed buildings because they are engineered to withstand the severities of transportation and installation. Our buildings can be Fire Rated and have high wind load tolerances.
