Ablution and Toilet Buildings

IPB’s ablution and toilet prefabricated buildings come in many different dimensions and configurations.

From single pan water closets, through to a much larger mining camp clean and dirty set up configuration, Independent Portable Buildings have available a wet area toilet facilities to cater for your site requirements.

All buildings have installed 2mm non slip vinyl, complete with 100mm wall coving.

Buildings are ventilation by means of electric exhaust fans, as well as 350 mm x 750 mm sliding glass high light windows, complete with flyscreens and external Amplimesh protection grills.

Electric hot water systems are provided to accommodate shower cubicle needs. Also provided as standard are dress area bench seating, stainless steel hand basins, urinals, mirrors & vanity areas, are all supplied to provide your site with a comfortable wet area temporary or long term solution.

IPB can also offer combined male & female two room configurations, along with disabled toilet buildings, complete with steel grab rails and handicap toilet cisterns. Our installation trades personnel team can also install code compliant disabled access ramps, decks, hand rails and roof over sections.

Should your site be more remote, or without the ability to plumb into mains on site, then IPB can also offer fibreglass septic holding tanks to our modular toilets. IPB’s typical pump out holding tank has a 4,000 litre holding capacity. IPB can also take care of your sites ongoing effluent tank pumping/waste servicing requirements.

All plumbing to our wet area buildings are harnessed to one point, for easy on site plumbing connections.

Other IPB associated items and services related to ablution and toilet buildings for consideration of your project’s needs, being timber or steel tread steps, hand rails, platform landing areas, soap dispensers, electric hand dryers, clothes washing and drying machines and our 5,000 litre fresh water fibreglass holding tanks.
