Change Room Buildings

Australian owned and family operated, Independent Portable Buildings have available an extension selection of change room buildings to accommodate your project.

IPB change rooms are all fitted out to meet standard industry compliance.

Our change room facilities are inclusive of such items as timber bench seating, coat hooks for clothes hanging purposes, reverse cycle air conditioning and electric exhaust fans for heating, cooling and building ventilation.

For privacy purposes, IPB have installed aluminium sliding glass highlight windows to all dressing room buildings, with flyscreens and Amplimesh protection grills also fixed to all windows.

Twin fluorescent 36 watt lights, complete with diffusers, are fixed internally to polyester mirage pearl ceiling linings.

10 amp double GPO’s are installed to cater for your site’s personnel appliance requirements. Earth leakage circuit breaker (ELCB) installed as standard to all IPB accommodation buildings.

Should your site require change room relocatable building facilities to be installed within a tight hoarding location then IPB also have available narrower configurations, to suit more difficult access areas.

IPB can also provide stackable change room buildings, complete with installation of bottom floor steel stairs, hand rails and landings to the top module building.

Ancillary items, such as steel lockers and drying equipment can also be fitted into your change room building, upon request for same.

Our extensive transportable change room range can also supply clean and dirty facilities, combining toilets, showers and dressing room in house facilities.

All IPB change rooms are fitted with such items as security door locking shrouds, retractable lifting points, gutters and downpipes, minimum 2.4m internal ceiling height and external metal clad door finish, as standard inclusions.
